"What size should I actually get? Small? Medium? Huge?"
Sizing is the most common pre-purchase question because the names ("Tiny," "Small," "Medium," "Large," "Really Big," "Huge") don't map onto the same dimensions across every character. A Bashful Bunny Medium is not the same size as an Amuseable Avocado Medium.
A quick guide:
- Tiny / Little (around 13–18 cm) — keychain-sized, stroller clip, travel companion
- Small (around 18–20 cm) — the most popular gifting size, fits in one hand
- Medium (around 28–31 cm) — the "classic" cuddle size most people picture
- Large (around 36–42 cm) — substantial pillow-style cuddle
- Really Big / Huge (51 cm and up) — statement piece, gift-of-the-year
Every product page on our site lists the exact dimensions in cm and inches. If you're choosing for a child under 3, we recommend Small or Medium.
"Can I actually wash it without ruining it?"
Yes — but check the sewn-in care label first because instructions vary by character.
- Most styles: surface wash / spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild detergent
- Some characters: gentle machine wash, cold water, inside a pillowcase or mesh laundry bag, no fabric softener
- Never: tumble dry, wring, iron, or dry clean
To dry: press out water with a towel, reshape, and air dry flat in a well-ventilated spot. A soft-bristle brush after drying brings the fluff back. If your plush has glued-on or embroidered features, always spot-clean to be safe.
"Is this safe for a newborn or baby?"
Our plush are tested to British, American, European, and Australian safety standards and carry the CE and UKCA marks. Most styles are labeled suitable from birth, but a few — particularly heavily textured, long-fibre, or feature-heavy designs — are labeled for 12 months and up due to fibre shedding or small detail risk.
The age guidance is printed on the sewn-in label of every plush. As a general rule:
- Newborn-friendly favorites: Bashful Bunny, Blossom Bunny, Cordy Roy, Fuddlewuddle, and the comforter / soother range
- Always remove: packaging, tags, and plastic wrap before giving to a baby
- Never leave any soft toy in a crib with a sleeping infant

- 30-day return window from the date you receive your order
- Items must be in their original condition with tags attached
- Personalized items (custom embroidery, monogramming) are not returnable unless faulty
