• Medium (around 28–31 cm) — the "classic" cuddle size most people picture

• Really Big / Huge (51 cm and up) — statement piece, gift-of-the-year

Every product page on our site lists the exact dimensions in cm and inches. If you're choosing for a child under 3, we recommend Small or Medium.

"Can I actually wash it without ruining it?"

Yes — but check the sewn-in care label first because instructions vary by character.

• Most styles: surface wash / spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild detergent
• Some characters: gentle machine wash, cold water, inside a pillowcase or mesh laundry bag, no fabric softener
• Never: tumble dry, wring, iron, or dry clean

To dry: press out water with a towel, reshape, and air dry flat in a well-ventilated spot. A soft-bristle brush after drying brings the fluff back. If your plush has glued-on or embroidered features, always spot-clean to be safe.

"Is this safe for a newborn or baby?"

Our plush are tested to British, American, European, and Australian safety standards and carry the CE and UKCA marks. Most styles are labeled suitable from birth, but a few — particularly heavily textured, long-fibre, or feature-heavy designs — are labeled for 12 months and up due to fibre shedding or small detail risk.
